Chatuchak market is only held at the weekends and covers a large area – easy to get lost in there. You could buy anything you wanted there from masks to coloured silks.

In the evening we went for dinner at the Silom Village Plaza where you can dine outside. We were lucky enough to get a table right next to the stage where classical music and dancing were being performed.



The complex also has a mumber of shops selling various artefacts, particularly images of Budhha like this one
