travel theme: brights

Ailsa has challenged us to share some photos showing “bright” images. Asia seems to be particularly blessed when it comes to using bright colours. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that many countries only have 12 hours daylight whereas we in the west generally have much longer days and shorter nights. Here are some “bright” photos from our trip to Kuala Lumpur a couple of years ago:

Dark and grungy doesn’t seem to feature in their colour charts, for which I am grateful, especially as our days shorten and darken now.
