Daily Post weekly photo challenge: work of art
one word photo challenge: grey
So many blossoms hanging heavy on the tress. Wow!
I have been telling Hubby that the trees in our neighborhood are crabapple, but your photo confirms it for me. I grew up with one in my back yard, though I don’t remember the blossoms being quite so pretty. I do remember my mom deciding that crabapple jelly was the best thing since sliced bread, and so being forced into servitude as picker, slicer, crusher, etc., to get a little juice out of those tiny fruit. I refused to eat the jelly in protest.
